Banff and Lake Louise –Part 3

In Banff we are staying at an amazing hotel Fairmont Banff Springs, It was amazing like a castle with great views the hotel is a little out of town but it is about a 10 min stroll.

The night life in Town Closes at 2am so there is plenty of time to enjoy yourself and there is a great bar in town.

I walked into town in the morning and it was an amazing, I took the route by the river and there was loads of wildlife.

I saw this on the route down:

The town is very picturesque and with plenty of sovereign shops and a few bars along the way, there is an excellent Christmas shop that even when it’s not Christmas it takes you to a happy place.

Just a short bus ride away you can go up to Sulphur Mountain which has fantastic views of the town and mountains,

After we went to Fairmont Chalet Lake Louise, Which was the most amazing hotel, my colleagues refers to this hotel as the princess castle on the lake. Which is a great description.

There offer tour guides for hiking which are so informative, the views are great you get a view of the lake (frozen or not) with the Victoria glacier overhead. They say it’s named after Queen Victoria and the Lake after her Daughter Louise, therefore it like the mother looking over the daughter.

In the winter you get ice skating rinks on the lake and the winter there is canoes; the skiing is also available and only take a few minutes to get there by the shuttle. There are lots of other activities available, so you can spend a ton of time here.
I will come back here just to canoe to the middle of the lake and take in the views.

This trip is the most amazing trip I have every taken!!!
