As the flight times are reasonable it would allow you to see the La Sagrada Familia, Anton Gaudi's basilica, in Barcelona.

I would suggest taking a tour in Naples/Pompeii- personally I would go to Pompeii with all of the history of the volcanic eruption, I should image it would be amazing and moving at the same time

Cicitavecchia: I would take the train into Rome and explore the city at my own pace, however the ships excursions are informative, so take a guide book with you if you do it yourself- just give your self plenty of time to get back to the ship

Livorno- Take an excursion my mum got back from here recently and regretted not taking one- it sounds like Livorno needs a tidy up and with Florence or Pisa on offer I am amazed she did not opt for one of the excursions.

Provence (Marseille) – I think the pictures say it all
